I am intuitive, open and non-judgemental, able to listen creatively and empower clients. I choose appropriate techniques for different clients and I bring compassion and common sense to my work.

My therapy is based on person-centred, Gestalt, integrative and Zen techniques. I work at a private practice in London N4 (online at the moment and by telephone). I also work as a clinical therapist at Key Link (providing therapy for key workers), Advance (a charity supporting women), and Hope for Justice (helping survivors of modern slavery).
I am a therapist with years of experience and about 30 years of working with Zen groups. As well as being accredited by the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and NCPS (National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society), I am authorised as a Zen teacher by the Kwan Um School of Zen. I lead Zen retreats in the UK, Poland, the US and South Korea and have been teaching koans (one-to-one Zen sessions) since 2009. I also possess a Master’s degree in teaching.
I have worked in a variety of settings, as a therapist, group and individual Zen teacher, manager of a youth club and as a high school teacher. I am committed to creative ways of living and working, embracing diversity, and developing meaningful connections between people and communities. I have also worked with young people in a private college, elderly people via Age UK, and at an addiction centre in London.
